"We love A Pleasant Day! Before I went back to work we looked at a bunch of daycares in the area that were all new so they had all the fancy stuff that any new daycare would have and you look for, but the only time I was ever comfortable with a daycare and could picture dropping my child off there was when I went to A Pleasant Day. They have everything to make you feel safe and comfortable plus what they have, that I didn't get from the other daycares, is their staff is just truly amazing. Every day when we walk in I feel like I'm walking into one big family. The kids are all always laughing, playing, and learning. I literally never hear any one unhappy or cry unless it is when I go to pick my daughter up and she runs back into the room because she loves it so much and doesn't want to leave! I can't imagine going anywhere else or trusting anyone else to take care of my child! We are so lucky to have A Pleasant Day!!"

Philosophy
Our Mission
A Pleasant Day Preschool & Childcare Center recognizes the many unique needs, such as cultural backgrounds, developmental levels and abilities of children. We work to provide a highly varied, challenging and well rounded program of learning experiences that will help children to develop academically, socially, emotionally and physically.
Through this instruction, the young student will develop the positive attitudes and appropriate social/emotional behaviors that will prepare them for the future.
At A Pleasant Day we have highly qualified teachers who dedicate themselves to the art of teaching and inspire children who LOVE to learn. We believe in preparing each child for the world by teaching children along an educational continuum that flows throughout our school beginning with our infants. Students are exposed to numerous multi-curriculum activities, storytelling, music, art projects, colors, shapes, letter of the week, and holiday themes. As the children progress through our school they find the activities increasingly more challenging and age appropriate preparing them for Kindergarten.
